**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant industry stakeholders, including brands, influencers, media outlets, and other agencies
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and expand our agency's network
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as business development, marketing, and creative, to align partnership initiatives with overall business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, deliverables, and performance metrics, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact and fostering ongoing collaboration and communication
- Track and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new partnership models to continuously innovate and enhance partnership strategies
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, preferably in the creative or marketing industry
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with internal and external teams
- Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor landscape
- Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to set and achieve partnership goals and metrics
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple partnerships and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
