**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Join the team that is offering the Payments Client Services for our World's largest Payments network!
As a Client Service Officer in Payments, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, acting as the in-country point of contact ensuring all client service related tasks are completed promptly.
The Client Service Officer is responsible for ensuring that JPMorgan Chase offers the highest standard of Client Service to assigned top-tier Corporate clients, providing premium support to Corporate clients across cash management products and services. The objective is to ensure that all client service-related tasks are completed promptly with a high degree of quality and efficiency.
**Job responsibilities**
- Act as the primary and trusted contact for day-to-day transaction inquiries, provide timely responses and proactive updates on transaction status to clients
- Understand clients' business to help identify solutions, client efficiencies and cross sell opportunities
- Perform strong problem-solving skills to provide quick resolution on issues
- Collaborate across teams, business partners and stakeholders to offer solutions for clients to achieve and maintain high levels of Client Satisfaction
- Participate in service delivery initiatives and client management/handholding
- Provide back-up customer service function to team members when required
- Ensure that client issues are escalated appropriately and compliance with audit and risk policies and procedures.
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, have proven skills in team work and client service experience
- A fundamental understanding of the cash management business, products, and operational procedures
- Detail orientated, team player, takes end to end ownership, strive for results to support/grow the business, sustain intensity & optimism while focusing on delivering excellent service to clients
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate clearly to effectively manage client relationships
- Demonstrates the ability to analyze situations, prioritize/troubleshoot issues and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work well within tight deadlines and good time management skills are required
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Knowledge on Clearing/SWIFT, cheques and international payment conventions/practices is a plus
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a client facing role (preferably with Treasury Services experience) would be preferable, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
