We are currently recruiting for a Fixed-Term Payroll Administrator Staff to join the Indonesia Office of a growing engineering consulting business.
**Payroll Assistant**

**Role Purpose and Key Accountabilities**
- Accurately perform data entry of payroll and personal information into the Payroll system/s or payroll transactions into the financial system, for local and international Beca offices.
Assist with payroll data and preparation of payroll work papers as well as regulatory filings to assist with the payroll process

Manage the distribution and filing of confidential payroll information including employee payslips, employee tax document and update employee tax status.
- Communicate positively and effectively ensuring that team members and Managers are consistently well-informed about progress and timelines
- Build trust, relationships and networks internally
- Escalate complex enquiries onto Manager for response
- Seek specific and constructive feedback to ensure professional and technical development
- Collaborate effectively with counterparts in other Beca offices
- Inform supervisors proactively when unable to meet their expectations and reach agreement on a course of action

**Qualification**
- Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative, numeracy and procedural skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
