Payroll Specialist

Ensures accurate calculation of wages, BPJS, tax PPH21, and other company deductions
- Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data
- Pays employees by directing the production and issuance of paychecks or electronic transfers to bank accounts
- Maintains payroll & tax PPh21 guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
- Report for equalization of salary journal, SAP, and SPT (Monthly)
- Review, Analyze and prepare for actuary, SPT, and medical insurance (Yearly)
- Minimal 2 year experience as a Payroll Sepcialist/Assistant Manager
- Possess Tax Brevet Certification
- Familiar with HRIS ProInt & SAP System
- Required skills: Pph21, salary review, job grading, BPJS, Insurance
- Have a good analytical thinking, leadership, communication
- Detailed, proactive & highly initiative to keep updating with tax & other government regulation
- Proficient in Ms Office
