**Process Control & Operation Technology****JOB PURPOSE**- Responsible for all PCT & OT design development, PCT & OT system reliability, digitalization infrastructure system reliability (production network, servers, etc) and responsible for site manufacturing IT security deployment program and site Functional Safety Life Cycle program.**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible in design, implementation, development for PCT & OT equipment (DCS/PCS7, PLCs, SIS, Inverters, Instrumentations such as sensors and actuators), with considering Electrical Safety standard.- Responsible for Functional Safety Life Cycle program as FSSLC specialist and PCT document update and make sure its alignment with PHA/MOC activity.- Responsible for PCT/OT system health by managing PCT/OT maintenance including troubleshooting, system backup, system restore, system replacement strategy.- Perform asset critical analysis and FMEA for PCT/OT asset & ensure documentation update.- Coordinating site digitalization and provide technical expertise in collaboration with Production Engineer.- Responsible to maintain Operation Technology (OT) device (All OT devices, CCTV, Access control, External warehouse OT and CCTV, Track and trace OT devices) and its infrastructure in good shape by develop monitoring system, PM plan and propose OT asset replacement, coordination with user (Production, Warehouse, HSE-GA, Quality, Country IT/IT provider) and facilitating the maintenance activity done by third party providers.- Responsible for OT device repair including all OT devices, CCTV, Access control, External warehouse OT and CCTV, Track and trace (IPC, server and other OT devices) as well as its budget spending control and monitoring- Manage and control Manufacturing IT Security initiatives for the site as Manufacturing IT Security role for respective site to assure IT security has been implemented as guidance from global MISM team (including system patch management, user management, system backup and restore for IPC and server)- Support OT related projects along with E&P by taking lead part related to the OT and Manufacturing IT Security topic in the project management scope.**WHO YOU ARE****Education**- Bachelor degree on mechatronic, electrical, instrumentation engineering, or IT infrastructure related.**Relevant experiences**- Having experience in process control technology & instrumentation, IT security, OT device & programming and operation IT network.**Main competencies for the jo**b**- Collaborates, Efficiency, Flexibility**Communication**- Strong communication in Bahasa and English**Application Period**:- 3 - 16 May 2024**Reference Code**:- 816577**Division**:- Crop Science**Location**:- Tangerang**Functional Area**:- Production&Manufacturing**Position Grade**:- R11**Employment Type**:- Permanent**Work Time**:- Flexi Hours - 8 working hours**Contact Us****Address****Telephone****E-Mail**- PT Bayer Indonesia- Menara Astra, 33rd floor- Jl.
