This function will be reporting to the Sampling Manager and will be based at dsm-firmenich Indonesia, Cileungsi Plant.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage overall planning activity at sampling perfumery
- Ensure all sample orders fulfilled based on SO
- Achieve sampling perfumery KPI
- Understand material flow systems e.g., FIFO/FEFO, Kanban
- Maintain with well of batch sheets, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
- Recognize problems and unusual events and communicate to Supervisor
- Keep good housekeeping following basic standard of 5S
- Participate in all sampling meetings and work closely with other departements mainly Commercial, QC, and Import
- Work in team and can work under pressure

**You bring**:
- Diploma from all majors
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience handling Planning, preferably in chemical company
- Understand and comply with emergency and safety procedures and practices.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and 5S
- Good technical and process thinking
- Good attitude, positive mindset, and have good communication skills
