Penanggung Jawab Apoteker

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and oversee compliance protocols to adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and standards in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
- Manage and optimise inventory levels to ensure an uninterrupted supply of products.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and compliance systems to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate usage and distribution of medical products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Lead initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor pharmacy staff on compliance and inventory management best practices.
- Stay abreast of changes in industry regulations and compliance requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Valid pharmacist licence in Indonesia.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with a focus on compliance and inventory management.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and inventory control systems.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
- Proactive in keeping up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Up to Rp2,000,000 per month
