The **People Advisor** will be an integral part of the People team to deliver the full spectrum of People services to meet the business needs and results. You will work in close partnership with Shared Services teams, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility and Legal to ensure seamless delivery of tactical HR support according to the business plans. The individual will report to Location People Manager.
As the** People Advisor**, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver the excellent work as focus in your career journey with Worley
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Act as a contact point for stakeholders on day-to-day people matters, including but not limited to, conditions of employment, compensation, benefits, onboarding/mobilization, internal transfer/promotion/salary changes, demobilization/offboarding, redeployment, redundancy and employee relations.
- Drive consistent People processes (e.g., performance and pay review) and policies or enhancements that support the business and comply with local legislations and corporate requirements.
- Assess appropriate pay rates for review and advice on competitive conditions and internal compensation anomalies for job offers, salary changes, internal transfer, and/or promotions.
- Maintenance of appropriate Organisation/People data and systems to ensure data integrity and reporting in compliance with organization and statutory requirements.
- Close collaboration with the Global Mobility team and 3rd party vendors to plan, process and secure RPTKA, visa and work permits which is critical.
- Facilitate international/regional transfers and relocation with the Global Mobility team. Expatriate management and administration, including but not limited to, local employment agreements, assignment letters, payroll arrangements, pre-assignment briefing, enquiries and repatriation.
- Provide all monthly changes affecting payroll, including but not limited to, new joiners, one-off payments, leavers, salary changes and BPJS, to the Finance and 3rd Payroll vendor in ensuring seamless payroll delivery.
- People administration including certificate of employment, employee referral program support, reports (e.g., regulatory agency reporting), and statistics that meet the reporting requirement for internal and external bodies.
- Support audits (external and internal) and key initiatives (Global, Regional and Location).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**About You**:
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess a combination of work experience, skills and or qualifications in the following areas:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent with strong exposure to immigration formalities.
- Broad understanding of the industries that Worley operates in, preferred professional services or a large corporation with an energy or resources focus.
- Ability to work well under pressure with a multitude of competing priorities while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with all levels of internal and external organizations and across cultures and countries.
- Unquestionable integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A good team player with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively in both Bahasa and English as required by the role.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and involvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word). Knowledge of Sharepoint, Oracle and SuccessFactor would be a plus.
