**Job Qualification**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from reputable University
- More than 2 years experience as a People Development Officer
- Familiar with Psychological Testing & Assessment
- Have strong knowledge about job analysis, job evaluation, job competences
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving
- Certified Human Resource (Is a plus)
- Placement: Kemayoran, Central Jakarta

**Job Desc**:

- Update job descriptions, job specifications, and competencies in line with the company's strategic needs
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to determine employee development schedule.
- Create & implement assessment & development program
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs and initiatives to enhance employees' competencies.
