**Job Descriptions**:
To promote, introduce and enforce culture

Initiate and organize events (communication enhancing, team building activities & recreational)

Conduct routine surveys/assessments to monitor company issue, satisfaction, and employee health (physical & mental).
To promote and improve employment branding in social media and internally.
Initiate and organize development classes and certification for the growth of company employees

As mediator or counselor for employee that have issues within work place/situation.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Management

Experienced in handling events before

Good at making flow charts and presentations

Excellent at public speaking

Excellent in English, both oral and written


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
