People Operation

Responsibilities:

- **Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records**, including employee contracts, benefits documentation, and attendance records
- Support the **HR department in various administrative tasks** such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping
- **Assist in payroll administration**, including processing timesheets, calculating wages, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies
- **Manage end-to-end invoicing process**, including generating invoices, reconciling billing discrepancies, and ensuring timely payment collection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information for invoicing and personnel administration tasks
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to invoicing and personnel administration
- Provide exceptional customer service to external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to invoicing and personnel records

**Requirements**:

- Min. Bachelor in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration field of study
- Maximum **28 years old**:

- At least one year of experience (**not open for freshgraduate**)
- Proficient in operating **Google Sheets and Google Docs**:

- **Proven experience in invoicing**, preferably within an outsourcing company
- Strong **communication skills, detail-oriented, customer-oriented, and good time management skills**:

- Experience as a **Client Service Representative**:

- **Can join ASAP**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: Rp5,500,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- S1 (preferred)
