Manage end-to-end payroll process and benefit schemes, including calculation PPh 21 of employee;
Modernize and digitalize People & Culture systems and HRIS;
Day to day management of employee database, documentation, and the HRIS with high levels of accuracy;
Provide accurate and detailed People-related data and reporting, ensuring we effectively monitor any trends that may require intervention;
Support employees on a day-to-day basis and answering questions about People & Culture (especially in the operations and compensation benefit area) and company policies;
Proactively keep up to date with local employment laws and working practices, updating company relevant guidelines and documentation;
**Management of the employee cycle from onboarding to exit**: Working closely with our Talent Acquisition, to ensure a seamless onboarding process (preparing employment agreement and all necessary documentation for new employees); assisting in probation review process; ensuring proper and smooth offboarding process, including relevant documentation;
Work with the Head of People Experience and People Operation Manager on ad hoc projects/tasks;
Treat employees as internal customers to improve employee experience; and
Help identify any other projects we need to turn our attention to, keeping continuous improvement in mind.
Must possessed a bachelor's degree from any relevant major;
Have 0-5 experiences in the same position;
Have the relevant competency to support this position;
Willing to work Hybrid (Work from Home and Work from Office based on User's request)
