In this role you will partner with all business functions across the organisation to develop and execute the organizational agenda encompassing end-to-end people initiatives with the ultimate goal to achieve business results and deliver excellent employee experiences.

With the ability to synthesize business priorities, you are the catalyst to identify and deliver people programs to support these priorities, you will provide strategic HRBP partnerships and comfortable working with people metrics to drive talent insights that support business decisions. You will be the change advocate for the rollout of people initiatives, ensuring business adoption and engagement in a way that embraces our organization culture and rapid business growth. **Job Descriptions**
- Working closely with assigned business units across the organization to ensure that our people objectives align with business goals.
- Building strong rapport and trust with functional leads, people managers, and individual contributors to counsel on people & culture challenges.
- Driving organization culture, inclusion and diversity initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness.
- Proactively providing strategic partnerships to business leaders on impactful people initiatives including talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation & benefits and workforce planning.
- Facilitating performance management reviews in providing guidance and coaching to leaders on driving high-performing culture.
- Delivering excellent employee experience through seamless and efficient employee life cycle, from onboarding to career transitions.
- Leveraging data and insights, propose and track action plans to identify trends and correlations, and make recommendations to increase talent attraction and retention.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 5-7 years of relevant HRBP experience in fast-paced and high-growth tech companies.
- Proven track record of being a solid business partner to leaders of all levels in a culturally diverse organization.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and problem solving mindset.
- An effective communicator and natural relationship builder who can collaborate with all levels and influence a variety of work styles.
- Highly fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to exercise sound and efficient judgment when managing complex decisions.
- Well-versed in Indonesia employment law with the ability to learn quickly for other geographies.
- Adaptable and comfortable navigating high ambiguity environment.
- Strong track record of executing, strategizing, and following through with urgency.
- Immediate availability is preferred
