Department People- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee's growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
- Collaborate with hiring managers in understanding the needs and roles to be filled as well as review job descriptions for vacancies.
- Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 year of experience in recruitment field
- Having proven and experienced skills in tech recruitment will be a significant advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Someone that understand and have experiences in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Fast learner in understanding the duties and competencies of different roles
- An empath with great project management skills & strong communication skills to build relationships with various hiring managers
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
