- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to implement the full cycle recruitment process and bring the best suited talents on board
- Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders from designated business unit to understand the needs and execute the recruitment process
- Customize creative methods to optimize the process of sourcing, screening and selection of ideal talents through various job platforms.
- Manage and maintain the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes with internal stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain recruitment dashboard to keep the internal reporting up to date.
**Requirements**:
- Min Bachelor degree or equivalent education, open from all major.
- Minimum 1 year working experience as Recruiter or Talent Acquisition.
- Has working experience as a recruitment consultant / headhunter will be a plus point
- Has hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and full-cycle recruiting.
- Ability to work with data, to see patterns, trends and things of note and to draw meaningful conclusion from it.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.and adapt fast in dynamic situations setting.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner
- Strong attention to detail with capability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourceful
- An empath with great project management skills & strong communication skills to build relationships with various hiring managers
