**About The Role**

Are you passionate about technology and streamlining HR processes? We are seeking a passionate and people-oriented People Service Specialist to join our dynamic team at AMODA, a leading construction technology company. As a People Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring their satisfaction and well-being. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR tasks, including GRIS, onboarding and offboarding administration, benefits administration, and others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage employee data in our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Configure workflows and data fields within the HRIS to automate HR processes.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
- Prepare and process HR documents, such as reference letters, employment certificates, and other documents related to employment.
- Provide administrative support for various other HR tasks.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field, with some experience using HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and systems configuration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Indo and English.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong work ethic.
