**Requirements**:- Has more than 5 years of experience implementing Enterprise HR Systems (Workday HCM, Success Factors, SAP HCM, etc). Experience using Workday HCM is preferred- Has a passion to learn new technologies (especially related to HR systems and analytics)- English proficiency is a must**People System Roles**:- Lead HR System Projects and align with different teams, different vendors, and multiple key stakeholders to ensure the completion of a project.- Lead on Testing (User Acceptance Testing) during projects.- Serve as Tier 2 HR System Technical Advisor by providing functional and technical expertise including system configurations, managing settings, business process enhancements, and making priorities.- Plan and Execute Change Management for New products or Enhancements (for existing systems).- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HR Systems and Analytics.- Responsible for review of the release, upgrade, adoption, and deployment of HR Systems within their scope.- Escalate and work closely with Vendors for issues that cannot be solved by the team (Integration, Bug, System Limitation, etc).- Propose Interim solutions for issues/requests that cannot be solved within an expected timeline (due to various reasons, for example: need to focus on other things).- Set priorities for all issues and requests that are escalated to him/her.- Propose Interim solutions for issues/requests that cannot be solved within an expected timeline (due to various reasons, for example: need to focus on other things).**People Analytics Roles**:- Develop data-driven insights to make decisions on talent, workforce processes and turn them into actionable insights to improve the performance of an organization.- Monitor Data Quality across HR Systems within their scope (especially Core HR Systems such as Workday, Catapa, Lever).- Identify, select, implement, manage and continuously enhance the people analytics software and technology portfolio as usage matures.- Serve as Tier 2 functional resource on reporting, including custom report and custom dashboard creation, data analysis, and creating calculated fields.- Performing statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and running queries.- Create Automatic Descriptive Analytics Report and Dashboard.- Create a Predictive Analytics Report and Dashboard.
