- Marketplace Advertising Experience: Experience managing ads in various online markets, such as Amazon, Lazada, or Shopee, is highly expected. This includes making effective product listings, optimizing campaigns, and boosting sales on this platform.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing performance-based digital advertising campaigns
- Strong proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Marketplace Ads
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital advertising strategies, including targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation
- Familiarity with ad tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus
