**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:
Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).

Work with the design team to ensure consistent visual branding across all marketing materials.

**Campaign Support**:
Assist in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend optimization strategies.

Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective content and approaches.

**Qualifications**:
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.

Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.

Highly motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about digital marketing.

**Bonus Points**:
Experience with graphic design software/basic video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).

Understanding of the target audience and industry.

Previous internship or project experience in marketing or communications.
