Performance Marketing Lead (Yogyakarta)

amalan's and CekAja's goal is to provide consumers with the best financial solutions for all types of situations, from standard products like unsecured loans, insurance, credit cards and mortgages to custom tailored restructuring and refinancing solutions.
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direction and supervise performance marketing team to help them achieve KPI.
- End-to-end paid marketing strategy from structuring campaigns based on relevant marketing funnels to evaluating the performance.
- Collect and analyze data to provide insights regularly (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)
- Report to marketing lead and director regularly about the marketing initiatives and performance.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure all of the technical implementations are properly setup (Conversion API, Pixel, Enhanced Conversion, etc).
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and consistent marketing campaigns, delivered on-time and in-full.
**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Have 1 - 2 years of experience in managing a digital marketing team.
- Have solid experiences in managing successful ads campaigns.
- Solid experience of implementing conversion tagging via Google Tag Manager is a MUST.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
