We are seeking a talented and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your primary goal will be to drive customer acquisition, increase conversion rates, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Additionally, you will oversee SEO initiatives, manage the marketing budget, and lead CRM efforts to achieve business objectives.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets.- Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels such as paid search, display advertising, paid social media, affiliate marketing, and other relevant platforms.- Oversee SEO initiatives, including on-page optimization, keyword targeting, technical SEO improvements, and link building strategies.- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs.- Utilize A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and drive incremental improvements.- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with campaign goals.- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure effective campaign execution and performance.- Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, allocating funds effectively across channels to maximize ROI and meet business objectives.- Lead CRM efforts by leveraging customer data and segmentation to develop personalized marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
