**About the Team**:
Digital marketing's role is to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization's products and services.
**What You Will Do**:
- Goal for this position is to generate acquisition from online channels as much as possible This position will provide report directly to the head of marketing and Fazz Agen business unit
- Digital Marketing Manager responsibilities include: Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM
- Most of these marketing avenues allow you to use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing campaign performances
- Building a strong connection between customers and the business;
- Collaborating with other marketing team members, business, product and data team
- Analyzing marketing campaign performances, content performance, cost effectiveness
- Be the data excellence of marketing and business performance
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Previous working experience as a Digital Marketing for 5 years
- MA in Marketing, Communications, or a similar relevant field is preferred
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Creative thinker with a vision for crafting marketing communication and business strategy
- Experience in end-to-end campaign development, from planning, executing, and reporting
- Experience working with cross-functional/cross-discipline stakeholders
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, high curiosity about business
