The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia.
- Expertly manage both off-platform and on-platform advertising initiatives to drive sales and enhance brand visibility
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content and campaigns, using data to drive better results.
- Manage budgets and forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI.
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate performance marketing strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Optimize marketing campaigns to meet objectives, including increased conversion rates and quality lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing.
- Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to senior management on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with KAM teams and Creative teams to align marketing and sales strategies for enhanced outcomes.
- Work independently while being able to operate effectively under supervision and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Google Data Studio is advantageous; while not mandatory, it is highly beneficial for the role.
- Fluent in using Google Sheets (words, excel) for data analysis and reporting.

Who we look for - the ideal profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles, with specific expertise in e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics etc
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and work with cross-functional teams.
- Innovative thinker with attention to detail and a problem-solving aptitude.
- Capable of working both independently and under supervision, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
