We're looking for a **Performance Marketing Specialist** to join our **Online Talent Platform Marketing** team, to develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels as part of Glints' user acquisition engine in our Glints Marketplace App.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Plan and implement effective performance marketing strategies by managing, experimenting, and scaling the marketing channels in order to acquire the targeted customer.
- Continuously run experimentation and optimizations in various channels (Google, FB, TikTok / IG and others) to expand our user base in an efficient manner.
- Responsible for campaign performance monitoring and tracking by providing insights and recommendations on digital marketing performance and budget forecast, and presenting it to the various stakeholders.
- Support the planning and implementation of high performing Performance Marketing Campaigns with the rest of Performance Marketing team members.
- Working closely with the Marketing Team and Creative Team to continuously improve performance.

**Who We Are Looking For**:
- Proficient in using English as the primary language for communication.
- Skilled in managing and scaling various marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads and TikTok, while closely monitoring and analyzing campaign performance.
- Experienced in driving monthly and quarterly digital marketing performance and creating creating budget and operational and operational forecasts to optimize results and achieve set targets.
- Have experience in exploring or adopting new channels or technology to broaden the existing marketing channels.
- Demonstrate project management and stakeholder management skills skills.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze performance of campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization. Experience in Data analytics tools is a plus point.
- Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Commercial awareness to understand the target market & business goals and design campaigns accordingly.
