**Job Scope****Responsibilities**- Develop and implement effective paid advertising campaigns on various social media platforms, including FB, IG, Twitter, TikTok, and others.- Create engaging ad content, copy, and visuals to capture the target audience's attention and drive user engagement.- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI and meet KPIs.- Collaborate with the other team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising features on social media platforms.- Maintain a cheerful and positive attitude while effectively communicating within the team and with external stakeholders.- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges within campaigns.**Requirements**:- Familiarity with social media & google advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.- Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging ad content.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.- Demonstrated passion for digital marketing and staying current with industry trends.- Self-driven with a strong sense of initiative and motivation to achieve results.
