Performance Marketing Specialist

Develop, execute, and optimize paid channels to drive user acquisition across multiple channels, including but not limited to Meta, Google (SEM, Discovery, Display), Youtube, LinkedIn and TikTok as well as SEO.

Conduct regular analysis to identify room for improvement and make a data driven recommendations to improve performance

Provide regular reporting (weekly and monthly), including channel performance review, data insights, and action plan

Continuously conduct an A/B test experiment to optimize campaign

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Marketing) to deliver high performing campaign
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field

Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in performance marketing

Skilled in using marketing tools

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to create strategy and draw insights from data

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Good in English (written and verbal) to work in multicultural working environment

Quickly adapt and able to work in a fast-paced environment
