Job Description

- Process monthly payrolls on time, including sales incentives

- Be responsible for employee benefits management, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and health insurance

- Be prudent and discreet about Cermati's payroll and employee data
- Act as the employee PIC for all compensation and benefit matters

- Handle KPI calculation for operations divisions

Qualifications

- Have at least 5-year experience in a similar capacity

- Comfortable with multitasking and are willing to wear many hats

- Proficient in MS Excel and its functions, including conditional formatting and other data analysis functions

- Able to work fast and meticulously under pressure

- Experience in HRIS and/or Payroll system and its implementation is a plus
