We are looking for junior and senior **performance testers** to join our team at Aspire Systems, and the deployment will be with one of our leading customers in **Indonesia**. Please confirm if you are fine with the JD and share the below details and your CV:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, K6, or others.
- Proven experience in developing comprehensive performance testing strategies and plans.
- Expertise in scripting languages and test automation, including custom script development.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques and the ability to provide guidance for system improvements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze and interpret complex performance data.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills to present test results
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
