(A) Who We Are

(B) Overview
1. Ensure that all client communications are properly archived daily to maintain efficient records and facilitate smooth client interactions.
2. Accurately record staff attendance and follow up on any instances of absenteeism. Document leaves (Annual, Sick, No-Pay, etc) and ensure proper documentation in the HR software.
3. Report staff attendance, leaves, first day of commencement, no-pay leaves, penalty deductions to the finance team by the last working day of the month. (Note: The role would require the staff to take leaves on the last working day of the month and the first working week of the month due to payroll week).
4. Check that staff attend the daily sync-up meeting. Investigates and report on any missing members.
5. Facilitate the onboarding process for new staff, ensuring a smooth transition and properly handover to the staff's RO.
7. Keep track of staff performance and report any deviations from KPIs to the GM and finance team. Understand that salary may be affected if immediate KPIs aren't met. Ensure that all staff study and adhere to the (SOPs), warning any staff found not following SOPs. (This would mean that you need to learn all the basic checklist of all the department's SOPs as well.)
8. Execute offboarding procedures and ensuring final payment are accurate and prompt.
9. Undertake any other personal-assistance-related work as required by the GM.
(C) Requirements
1. Have minimum of 2 years relevant hands-on experience in HR experience. (Must be able to show that you have completed HR and leadership training programs to ensure proficiency in handling personnel matters.)
2. Have a recent proven records to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information. (i.e. Able to ensure that all staff contracts, assignments, and instructions given by the GM remains confidential and able to accept heavy fines if found guilty of leaking of any private information.)
3. Have the personality to maintain impartiality and professionalism in all situations, including disciplinary actions such as issuing warnings, terminations or penalties letters.
