**JOB QUALIFICATION**
- FEMALE
- Minimum Diploma in secretarial or equivalent
- Experience as executive secretary minimum 1-2 years, fresh graduate also welcome
- **Fluent in English**:

- Well organized and capable at all secretarial duties
- Great time management and multitasking abilities
- Communicative, independent, and flexible person
- Strong analytical capabilities and mature presentation skills

**JOBDESK**
- Do all Secretary things such asto schedule all appointments, meetings, conferences and other commitments: proactively manages appointment/meeting deadlines and preparations, Provides the Manager with background information, meeting summaries and/or supporting documents in preparation for scheduled appointments/meeting: takes notes and distribute meeting minutes and agenda.
- Screenings all incoming call
- Processes all incoming correspondence received in the office of the Manager, prioritizing and determining its disposition.
- Accurately tracks the expenses of the Manager, Process and submit receipts accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinates all travel arrangements for Manager
- Ensures the Manager has all the relevant information required (maps, full addresses, contact names, telephone number, etc)
- Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion
- Understands and follows company policy at all times.
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Depok: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
