Details of the offer

Manage The Executive's Calendar, Scheduling Appointments, Meetings, And Travel Arrangements.
- Anticipate And Prioritize The Executive's Needs, Proactively Handling Tasks And Requests.
- Prepare Presentations, Reports, And Other Documents With Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
- Organize And Maintain Filing Systems For Both Physical And Digital Documents.
- Arrange Travel Logistics, Including Booking Flights, Hotels, And Transportation.
- Manage Expense Reports And Ensure Timely Reimbursements.
- Coordinate With Various Departments And External Contacts To Ensure Smooth Communication And Project Completion.
- Perform Other Ad-Hoc Administrative Tasks As Needed.

Requirement
- Minimum 2-3 Years Of Experience As A Personal Assistant Or Similar Administrative Role.
- Male With Bachelor Degree
- Strong Organizational Skills And The Ability To Prioritize Multiple Tasks Effectively.
- Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport With People At All Levels.
- Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
- Ability To Work Independently And Take Initiative.
- Discretion And Ability To Maintain Confidentiality.
- Fluency In Bahasa Indonesia And Excellent English Communication Skills.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak

Upah: Rp8.000.000 - Rp11.000.000 per bulan
