Personal Assistant

Details of the offer

The Personal Assistant is expected to assist the Director in performing the daily activities. Some of the responsibilities are as follows:

- Managing the daily schedule, activities and priorities efficiently
- Managing the daily routines and affairs in an organized and efficient manner
- Managing the correspondences and follow up actions
- Liaising with internal departments or with external parties and follow up actions
- Managing and arranging the travel requirements
- Scheduling appointments, arrange meetings, prepare meeting materials and logistics
- Other tasks and duties as requested

The minimum requirements to be qualified for this role:

- Minimum 10 years working experience in secretarial area with at least 3 years as Personal Assistant to a Director (preferably to a President Director)
- Working experience in a holding company
- Able to communicate in English
- Preferably a graduate from Secretarial Academy

**Salary**: From Rp15,000,000 per month
