Placement**:Jakarta**

Working Arrangement**:Hybrid**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Country Manager, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Efficiently manage and organize the Country Manager's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences
- Act as a primary point of contact between the Country Manager and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation as required by the Country Manager
- Assist in coordinating various projects and initiatives by collaborating with different teams within the organization
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the Country Manager's business trips
- Manage and organize information, files, and databases efficiently and confidentially
- Support in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences as needed
- Handle additional tasks and projects as delegated by the Country Manager to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles or office management, preferably within a related field or digital marketing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English and Bahasa (oral and written)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.) and familiarity with project management tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Can join immediately

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Account Management: 3 years (required)
- Digital Marketing: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
