Personal Assistant

Details of the offer

**Responsibility**:

- Assisting executives in managing their daily tasks and schedules (includes organizing meetings, handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, and providing general administrative support).
- Requires strong organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

**Requierements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role (not compulsory)
- Basic design / marketing skill
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities

**Experience**:

- Personal Assistant: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
