General Requirements:- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.- Proactive and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Ability to follow instructions and take initiative- Creative mind- Able to handle large group of people for events and gathering- Flexibility and willingness to work long hours when needed- Able to drive car is a plus pointJob Description:- Manage the Boss' schedule, calendar, and ensure effective time management.- Arrange, coordinate, and attend meetings and gatherings- Manage travel arrangements- Help with daily time management- Run errands as requested**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month**Education**:- D1-D4 (preferred)**Experience**:- Personal Assistant: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Indonesia (preferred)
