Personal Assistant

Details of the offer

Job Description:

- Organizing, preparing, and coordinating schedules for meetings and activities.
- Manage Director's calendars, finances, appointments and documents
- Provide administration support for Director
- Daily update to the CEO on what needs to be completed and agenda each day
- Manage administrative schedule and travel arrangements for the CEO
- Prepare supporting documents, data management and filing
- Provide general assistance and support for any task that CEO needs
- File and record all business documents as required.
- Prepare and maintain files, reports, letters, memorandums and other relevant business documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Female
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or related field
- Maximum age is 30 years old.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as Personal Assistant
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Multitasking, well organized, and trusted
- Excellent finance and administrative skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and office equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
