**Responsibilities**- Act as the point of contact between the director and internal/external parties- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence- Handle requests and queries appropriately- Manage deadline, schedule meetings and appointments- Make sure office environment is motivating and team can work comfortably- Make travel arrangements- Take dictation and minutes- Source office supplies- Produce reports, presentations and briefs- Assist the director on marketing activities**Requirements**:- Woman age 20-30- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant- Preious experience in Human Resources or Marketing department will be a plus- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures- MS Office and English proficiency- Outstanding organisational and time management skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload- Excellent verbal and written communications skills- Discretion and confidentiality**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: From Rp3,000,000 per month**Education**:- D1-D4 (preferred)**Experience**:- Personal Assistant: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
