Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree Graduate (Open for all majors)
- understand about sales, preferably know about modern trade and general trade
- Excellent in Mandarin (Speaking, Writing and Translation) is a must
- Good at Ms. Office
- willing to follow the BOD work schedule
- Good at Mandarin and English
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with a willingness to learn
- Disciplined, easy to communicate and well organized
- Excellent expression skills, writing skills and profesional use of words in both mandarin

**Job Descriptions**:

- Translate Mandarin-Indonesian, Indonesian - Mandarin (both orally and in writing)
- Support all administrative works
- Ready and willing participate in all management activities
- Manage and have good communication with user in mandarin (written and spoken)
- Handle for sales, create and analyze sales reports
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Able to handle multiple tasks at one time with tight deadlines
- Ability to work in teams or independently with mínimal supervision
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.
