Job Responsibility Personal Assistant /Office Manager (based in London Office): Job Descriptions Provide a full range of professional, administrative, and secretarial support on business and personal affairs to senior management. In charge of the administrative functions and daily operations of the Family Office, and coordinate with the team in the headquarter. Manage office to include administration, logistics, facilities and equipment maintenance, office supplies procurement, office manuals, and prepare annual budgets for management review. Handle all aspects of the executive travel arrangement with the Secretary and Admin Team in other offices, coordinate management meetings and appointments with internal and external parties. Manage company assets including but not limited to properties and vehicles, report to management team immediately should there be any irregularities. Assist in coordination and contractor management for renovation and relocation projects whenever necessary. Support the organization and coordination of both corporate and family events. Assist Group HR to enhance employee engagement and deliver good corporate culture by feasible initiatives. Assist with translation and preparation of business presentation, correspondence, meeting agendas and where appropriate the production of minutes. Assist in monitoring and upholding confidentiality and compliance in relations to the Company's Employee Handbook, local laws / regulations, and corporate directives. Support other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management. Requirement Degree holder in any disciplines Minimum 8 years of solid working experience in large corporations as Personal Assistant to senior management Pleasant & mature personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-minded, flexible and good at problem solving Able to work under pressure and tight schedule Have good business acumen, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word Working location in London Office Immediate available is highly preferred
