Personnel & General Affair Manager

Handling and monitor day-to-day operation of employee-relation and general affair functions including handling personnel and general affair policies, plan and carry out various Employee Engagement activities, conduct periodic employee satisfaction surveys, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Having at least 5 years experience as Personnel & HRIS and General Affair, preferably form retail industry
- Expert in data processing using Ms. Excel
- Experienced with Employee Engagement
- Strong in strategic thinking and leadership
- Open minded, data-driven, organized, agile, integrity
- Experienced in handling team
- Can join immediately
