General qualifications:

- Male, Max 35 years old
- At least 3 years of working experience as PHP Programmer.
- Proficient in English both verbal and written

The core competencies:

- Technical:

- Strong Programming Skill in PHP
- Strong knowledge in Framework - i.e CodeIgniter, symphony
- Strong knowledge in MySql,Postgres SQL and Query performance
- Excellent knowledge in JavaScript, AJAX, OOP, CSS, J-Query
- Non Technical:

- Team Work is a must.
- Good analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Creative, energetic, fast learner and highly motivated
- Self-discipline, responsible and goal-oriented
- Strong personality and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
