Job Responsibility PIC Fleet Tangerang: Job Description:
-Perform scheduling for drivers based on available routes and units
-Monitoring SLA trips and position of each unit
-Monitoring & maximizing unit utility
-Ensuring Delivery Operations run well & smoothly
-Briefing drivers regarding Operational SOP
-Collecting SJ documents and notes from drivers at the end of each trip and conducting details / realization with drivers
-Monitoring and coordinating for every unit maintenance activity
-Perform operational steps to support policies made by HQ
-Assistance and handling and coordination related to LAKA, detention of units / drivers,
-Conducting form filling for each road unit every day
-PIC controls and checks the unit at Gateway TNG
-360 inspection check
-Submission of documents to the HQ office every week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday or every day
-Mapping/route audit to ensure operational costs are not too large and prevent drivers from fraudulently purchasing fuel
Job Requirements:
-Have experienced in the same field minimum 2 years
