Come be a part of this journey!****BAT INDONESIA** **IS LOOKING FOR A** **PILOT PLANT** **TECHNICIAN I, ELECTRICIAN - PROTOTYPING HUB****FUNCTION: Technical Shared Services****SUB FUNCTION: Prototyping Hub (Pilot Plant)****CITY & COUNTRY: Malang, East Java, Indonesia****ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**The role is responsible as technical expert on Electrical related to support material preparation, warehousing, production process, quality control activity in Pilot Plant to ensure the facility able to produce sample that could has different requirement and ensure all Development sample/prototype delivered according to quality, quantity and agreed timeline.**Reports to: Sample Planning & Process Dev. Manager****Geographic Scope: Local****WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Direct involve in day-to-day operation to ensure sample production are meet with process specifications, product specifications and agreed schedule.- To identify and analyze root cause / problem solving related to electrical scope to ensure that sample production is in line with the process and product specification by liaising with Pilot Plant Operations and QC.- ** To Perform technical analysis on production process and other activity in Pilot Plant**:- To maintain and continually improve housekeeping as per BAT Guideline to ensure integrity and traceability of material.- Ensure that aspect of safety, security, health, and environment in the processes are identified and addressed suitably to promote safe and healthy working environment refer to BAT Guideline.- To conduct all type of maintenance and verification of all machineries and their supporting facilities to ensure the facilities are in optimum performance.- Execute with Technical Service, Production Engineering and SMD Factory to enhance and / or improve capacity and capability to meet sample order requirement.**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- Willing to work in team, demonstrated self-motivated, personal leadership- Interpersonal collaboration skills & Effective communication skills- Ability to work with data and information- Basic problem-solving skills and familiarity with structured problem tools useful but not mandatory- ** Electrical skill (Familiar with PLC and software device)****:- **Fluent in English (Reading, writing, speaking)**:- Demonstrated ability to assimilate technical data to support recommendations- Ability and commitment to drive change in the organization- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills- Maximum 30 years old**BENEFICIAL**- Opportunity to grow within Technical Shared Services Capabilities in BAT Indonesia- Opportunity to grow as permanent employee and include in several global projects.
