- HSE implementation and ownership
- Review contractor's detailed schedule (level IV) and manpower plan - Monitor, Supervise and Approve Piping Installation 8 Tests (On Rack /sleepers & aroundeguipment, piping erection on the pipe-racks to be coordinated with construction civil work and steel sucture erection work with the work seguence and access location 10 ensure Ihe safe etection of piping).
- Review contractor'5 submitted Method Statement 8 SA - Ensure Piping MTOs, PO deliveries and Isometrics couns are aligned
- Responsible forshop 8 field fabrication gualities are met - Review Weld map, NDT procedure, H, supervise blasting and painting, pipe insulation activities bothatshop 8 field (Piping Prefabrication, spooling and installation)
- Piping modification works - Monitoring welder performance during welding and control repair rate under the target
- Monitor dimensional inspection before and after welding - cleaning, blowing veriication of piping including for 02 seni including inspection internal
- Review & coordinate Pressure tests /Hydrostatic test for piping
- Piping tie-in works including firewater piping
- Implement and supervise the review cycle of RL (Red Line Indication).
- Implementand supervise the cycle of Technical Queries (IQ).
- Implement and supervise the review cycle of Cs (Inspection & Test Certificates).
- Issuance of discipline related SIS (Site Instruction).
