**Responsibility**:

- ** Securing Placement for Graduates**
- Find matched job opportunity for our program graduates
- Bridging communication between hiring partners and graduates
- Creatively find strategy to speed up the placement process for the graduates
- Guide and tutor the graduates to help them navigating the recruitment process successfully
- Collect feedback from the hiring partners
- ** Build Partnership with Companies**
- Produce pipeline of potential hiring partners especially startup tech company
- Present about ALTA and create agreement with potential hiring partners
- Build & maintain partnership and relationship with potential hiring partners
- ** Recruit talents to Join ALTA Programs**
- Find, select & recruit potential talents in the market to join the education program
- Responsible for the recruitment and registration process for ALTA programs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Management, or related studies
- Experienced in recruitment or consultant for at least a year
- Strong networking or relationship skills
- Driven and passionate in education industry
- Willing to be in contract employment and WFO 1x/week
