General Responsibilities : 1. Assist the dept. Engineering in administering administration such as: absenteeism, overtime, leave, and others 2. Coordinate with relevant sections in completing their tasks 3. Create a shopping cart 4. Filing documents 5. Perform tasks in accordance with SOP and WI 6. Running Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy (SMK3). 7. Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP). 8. Maintain and maintain all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness in the work area. 9. Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the administration.
