This is a place where you can make a world of difference.Follow Us on LinkedIn:Supply Planning:- Responsible for ensuring on-time delivery and optimum supply of inventory in the Indonesia DC and subsequent timely replenishment of inventory to meet revenue commitments.- Provide timely supply analysis and recovery options to mitigate business risk (If applicable).- Actively engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to deliver business metrics.- Responsible for data crunching & analysis and facilitate data driven decision making.- Responsible for maintain standard work and supply planning process in Indonesia.- Setup and validate to ensure high accuracy of planning parameters are maintained in ERP for finished products.Inventory Management:- Drive analysis on inventory health (slow moving, obsolete, phase in-phase out) and provide visibility to stakeholders for inventory projection and action to achieve inventory target.- Identify region E&O and follow through on disposition and reduction opportunities. Drive root cause analysis and CI to prevent new occurrence.Purchasing Management:- Responsible for maintaining standardization and implementation of overall purchasing processes, policies, and procedures in Indonesia region- Manage and drive suppliers' performance on quality, cost and delivery based on agreement.- Responsible for negotiation with suppliers on pricing and payment terms and ensure good quality of services and goods are procured and delivered.- Maintains proper documents filing system and work with Suppliers and Finance team to resolve any discrepancies of invoicing & payment issues.**Requirements**:- Degree in Business Management/Supply Chain Management or any equivalent degree.- Min. 2-3 years' relevant experience in ERP, Oracle R12, Inventory Planning and Management, Supply chain planning, International Trade and familiar with ISO 900 I :2000 Certification- A good team player, proactive and able to work under pressure.- Ability to work independently and hands-on.- Strong negotiation and influencing skill; good analysis and interpersonal skills.- Process oriented and strong problem-solving skills.Come make a World of Difference!Our policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race, gender, color, disability, national origin, age, religion, union affiliation, sexual orientation, veteran status, citizenship, gender identity and/or expression, or other status protected by law.
