Planning And Development Office Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Formulate and draft rules or regulations in terms of institutional planning and development.
- Ensuring that the regulations issued within the UPH do not conflict with each other internally and with external/government regulations.
- Prepare the preparation of university planning and development based on university policy directions in accordance with the vision, mission and goals (RPJP, Statutes, Strategic Plans, Strategic Issues and Risks, Quality Targets, SWOT et al.
- Create an integrated planning and development system to achieve efficient and effective resource allocation in order to realize "good university governance".
- Dissemination of all strategic decisions that have been made.
- Monitor and evaluate institutional planning and development.
- Follow up on the results of monitoring and evaluation that have been carried out.
- Coordinate the administration related to planning and development activities
- Ensure the achievement of outputs and the establishment of a Taskforce.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Master Degree
- Male/Female
- Minimum 35 Yeasrs Old
- Minium of 2 years Manager experience
- English is a must
- Computer Literature
