**Position Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Supports his/her manager to formulate operational strategies, policies and operating plans in accordance with company's vision, mission, values and legal procedures, implements the approved ones.
- Manages manpower and equipment planning of operations.
- Recommends key people for his team, builds and leads teams to achieve goals, market share, revenue levels, cost reductions, and/or operational efficiency.
- Leads and Coordinates his subordinates, delivers targets, follows and evaluates his subordinates performance and reports them to CEO.
- Confers with company officials to plan business objectives.
- Evaluates technology solutions to improve operational management.
- Follows the sectoral improvement in the world and India, benchmarks other companies' operations implementations for improvement, shares them with the management and his team.
- Manages annual budgets for operational departments and his division, performs periodic cost and productivity analyses.
- Recommends new strategical projects or new offers and reports them to Integration Leader.
- Sets up and implements the manpower planning system of the Company in coordination with operation management team according to the targets of the cargo terminal services that are proposed to be provided, revising the plan according to changes
- Sets up and implements Manpower Planning program which is an electronic based one used for manpower planning. Trains the operational management team about program
- Supports the operational management team in formulating and implementing operations policies and procedures to enhance operation efficiency, makes suggestions to contribute to the quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction of the operation activities and provides continuous improvement of these activities. Also makes suggestion to reduce operational costs.
- Evaluates the feasibility of new operational projects of the company.
- Oversees sales services activities to meet changing sales conditions. Prepares and implements after sales plans and strategies. Builds and teams to achieve goals, market share, revenue levels, cost reductions, and/or operational efficiency.
- Sets up and implements the manpower & equipment planning system of the Company in Coordination with airport services management team according to the targets of the airport services that are proposed to be provided, revising the plan according to the changes.
- Sets up and implements Inform Program, an electronic based one used for manpower planning. Trains the operational management team about the Inform program.
- Supports the operational management team in formulating and implementing operations policies and procedures to enhance operation efficiency, makes suggestions to contribute to the quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction of the operation activities and provides continuous improvement of these activities. Also makes suggestions to reduce operational costs.
- Evaluates the feasibility of new operational projects of the Company and reports to Integration Leader.
- Provides the financial reports, regulations & procedures, and all other files/documents kept and archived in order and safe with high confidentiality.
- Ensures that employees are following financial procedures & regulations.
- Submits reports including MIS, Actual vs. Budget, etc. periodically to Integration Leader.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Bahasa and English.
- University degree in Engineering is a plus.
- Analytical skills/thinking
- Aviation background Ground Handling or Airline (especially know-how on Staff/Equipment resource management).
- Familiarity with Information Systems.
- Travel flexibility.

- Salary Range: IDR 65.000.000 - 75.000.000 + 13th salary (religious allowance)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM local time
