Company: PT Bizlink Technology Indonesia Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of planners on production planning activities as well as professional growth development in the department. Develop and execute production planning strategies to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and production efficiency. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to forecast demand and develop production schedules accordingly. Analyze production capacity, resource availability, and lead times to identify constraints and optimize production schedules. Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, inventory targets, and operational capabilities. Monitor and review with the production team on production progress and address any deviations from the plan, including capacity constraints, material shortages, and equipment downtime. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production planning processes, including the adoption of advanced planning tools and methodologies. Lead cross-functional meetings to communicate production plans, address issues, and drive alignment across departments whenever necessary. Perform all other related duties as assigned by your direct supervisor
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in operation management, supply chain management, engineering, or business related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. At least 10 years of experience in production planning or operation management in manufacturing environments with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in production planning software and tools, such as ERP systems, advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software, and data visualization tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing planning team. Experience in lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and change management preferred.
